Here are some updates on Australia’s Global Talent visa program.

Firstly, the government has reduced the number of places available annually in the Global Talent visa program from 15,000 down to 5000.

Secondly, the government has removed the priority processing previously applied to Global Talent applications.

Thirdly, the Global Talent attraction teams in Australia and Overseas have been shut down.

All of these 3 reasons mean it is much harder now to obtain a Global Talent Visa than it was 12 months ago.
